I just realized that I have been kicking around here for a tad over 6 years.

I am a totally different person mentally since I first arrived so long ago and didnt know a thing about my late diagnosis of "Bipolar"

I have seen so many people come and go over the years. I have had the honor on making life long friends here.

To think I found this place in such a desperate search for help just by a simple Google search... Go figure.

PC has been a safe haven for me when I didnt have one in my daily life away from this screen.

I wonder how many others have been so profoundly changed because DocJohn made this site possible for anyone in need ?

It's been about four years for me. I agree, this site has helped me so much over the years. When I was trying to get my head around the bipolar dx, many hospitalizations and med changes. And most importantly, when my husband died suddenly, everyone was here for me, even though my posts weren't directly related to bipolar anymore. I appreciate that so much. I don't know where I would be without this site!

I joined at 17 in 2004. I was in desperate need of someone to talk to. I've gotten such amazing support over the years. I nothing like I was when I joined. Crazy how I've changed.

I have only been around for a month and feel very grateful to have other people to "talk" to. I have been on an eating disorder board for 15 years and I know how great it is to have long time members around supporting the new ones. Glad you are here.
Thanks for this!

I joined this site the day after I was diagnosed, and it has never disappointed me. I've found friends among others who also have this disease, who "get it" and get me when I'm a hot mess and need advice. Thanks for starting this thread, Christina...it's good for us to be reminded to be grateful we have this place to come to anytime and with any concern.

I've been here almost 8 years. Seen many people come and go on this board but have always liked your advice Christina.

I'm totally different than when I first came here too. Glad it's for the better.
Thanks for this!

Can you believe I signed up in 2015 but didn't think I'd get any benefit out of it so I forgot all about it until about 3-4 months ago? I've gotten so much out of it and hope I've helped people along the way. I can't imagine not checking in everyday.
Thanks for this!
