Well this is how I'd like to start it. People giving accounts on a typical day. Treatment, how they progress or digress and what is next. Meetings with staff/social workers/ docs psyxhiatrist. Come chime in and share your experience

I was in a partial hospitalization group for 6 months until January 2017. My medications were changed quite a bit, and I had to go through withdrawal during almost the entire time.

My meetings with the docs/psychiatrists were great though. They really listened and tried to get me on the right concoction of medications.

I had to go to the program Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm. We had a lot of classes to attend that were held by various therapists, docs, or other staff.

There was a good aftercare program for when you were discharged. You could attend support groups specific for those who were re-adjusting to their lives at home.

It went well for me, and I've been able to work. I started in February, and my work is greatful to have me back and better than I was.
