Does anyone else take Trilafon, it is an older medication. I take it to help ward of psychosis because the last 3 times i got manic, I eventually started to have delusions.
I take a small dose along with my Lithium.
If you have taken it what do you think of it?

I take Trilafon! It's the one medication that's worked for my psychosis at all, and it's worked for years. I went off of it recently due to it interfering with my thyroid function, but I went back on a low dose to see if it would help with tics from Tourette's. Disregarding the thyroid problems, it's been working really well for me.
