I literally slept all day. I woke up at noon and didn't want to do anything and just woke up now. I still don't want to do anything and contemplating going back to bed. No call from php today.

Well, I don't think you need any other indication that you're depressed. It's pretty clear.

Call PHP first thing Monday. You need to be Pro active in getting the help you need, Dont assume they will call you

Definitely call PHP on Monday.

Even if you're in bed all day tomorrow, will you do just this one thing: Take a walk around the block. That's all. Just one walk.

Stares at my dark ceiling just wanting to sleep. Mood is but better but don't want to do anything. I really hope I get I'm Monday. I just want to get better

Get better mate, use your imagination and picture yourself doing something you like to do, imagine every detail and try to take the walk around the block
