The "Happiness Trap" changed my life. It covers all sorts of life stress, flash backs, worry and so much more. Amazing book.

I constantly re-read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz because I don't have a good memory. It helps me when I feel completely disconnected from everyone I interact with and when I'm stuck in solitude, which brings on depression and stress.
I'm currently reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey which is actually helping me organize and prioritize my personal and work life much better. Without these things we all are prone to being extremely stressed out. |
