On the spectrum of experience, I find myself encompassed by an intersection of those gray feelings -- hopelessness, loneliness, gloom, dejection, etc. I'm psychologically exhausted. I'm at the bottom of a well, an abyss. I've been trying to climb out, but the walls are too slick. I need to escape. "Without liberty, man is a syncope."

You expressed that experience so beautifully. I am so sorry you are feeling that way. Hang in there, the light always shines through eventually.

When something exists on a spectrum at least there is awareness of an opposing side. Innocence and experience in the Blake sense both existed in parallel. I hope that if you're in the gray it may be possible to see not only darkness but also the light.
