I've been posting in another forum but I think I'm maybe doing something "wrong"
 I have been diagnosed with several MH issues, mood disorders, severe anxiety etc. I try to be caring and as open as I can be. I probably am "avoidant" though Maybe that forum isn't for me. I want to learn and change and grow. The alternative is ....  And I wonder if I'm welcome here I'm in the UK and have been given several dxs and conflicting dxs
