How do you cope with these overwhelming feelings
I've tried therapy, meds, trying to trust people, isolation, trying to be more social than is comfortable for me, regular sleep schedules, exercise, telling myself it isn't happening now, journaling, hugging stuffies ...

I think many of us wish we knew the answer to your question. Sometimes when I get overwhelmed just scream into my pillow or beat the living crap out of my sofa with a nerf bat. It doesn't always help, but it makes me laugh, which is a bit of help I guess.

Thanks oh and I've tried "hotlines", distraction, changing doctors, innovative self therapy, humour, "childish" humour, talking to a very few trusted people... some of these help, sometimes

I was thinking of deleting this, I don't feel safe in the world especially lately
