Is it ok to talk about my problems on here?

And also I was wondering if any of you use the ignore feature. I don't like it personally, that's just my preference. Occasionally, it's "necessary" (on all forums I think)

I'm a bit socially naive. I was adopted by bears at a young age

Absolutely! I've had to use the ignore feature once. I really, really didn't want to but the poster was being obnoxious.

It's fine to talk about your problems here, whenever you want to do so.

I have been wide open; there is an assumption of anonymity. I talk about my marital problems more here than just about anywhere else mostly because of anonymity.

Hiya Hun

Of course you can talk here about anything you feel like.

Altho it can be hard to use the ignore feature.. It is there for a reason... If a person is triggering you or causing you grief by all means use it, I have had to use it and im grateful its there for when its needed.

I don't use the ignore feature because in life there is no ignore feature. If I can't handle dumb azz people on the internet, how can I ever expect to figure out how to handle them in real life?

We can talk about what we want here but I will warn that this place tries to train people like it would train a dog. Smacks you right on the nose with a metaphorical newspaper if you say something it does not "approve of". Just like in life. I would only share what you are comfortable sharing and nothing more. If I share something too personal, I will be sick for days over it. The responses aren't always helpful and often very hurtful, just like in person. I think I'm very fortunate that much of my stuff has been for my husband and my ears and eyes only. I've been told "you're only as sick as your secrets" and I feel pressured to talk about stuff but I think the people who have said this have had bad intentions.....like those Scientology auditors.

Talk about what you feel comfortable with but don't let anyone pressure you.

Sorry if that was inappropriate! I'm trying to learn my way around how this forum works...computer illiterate. Just trying to cheer you up.
