Not gonna get too worried til Monday but I'm
Having issues. I still have racing thoughts, irritability, Anxiety and im not sleeping much. Gonna take Ativan And hope things settle down soon. I can't take anymore Mania.

Is there something you can take for sleep that's a real tranquilizer? Seroquel, Zyprexa, clozaril, ambien, remeron etc

And now I've been roped into a mess argument with people and keep getting messages on Facebook and blocked before I can defend myself. That's fines. Maybe I'll just be a ***** who talks about people and doesn't do the right thing or care about anyone but myself. **** it I don't need friend anyway. I'll just keep to myself. And now I really wanna self harm and that pisses me Off that I'm this weak. I hate everything and most people right now. I'll just keep to myself from Now on!

I'm sorry people are treating you that way
If they don't want to give you the chance to defend yourself, then that reflects the kind of people they are. You don't want to be friends with someone who assumes the worst of people anyway. So if they want to block you, it's their loss. They've lost a good friend due to their own ignorance. And a true friend would never do that to you. I don't think you should self harm, though. Some people just feed off drama and like to hurt others when given an excuse (which I'm sure you found out today). So please don't hurt yourself too. It's not worth it. They want you to feel hurt and insulted, which is not something a true friend does. Of course that doesn't make it any less hurtful; I've been in these situations myself also, so I know what you mean. But don't give them what they want or hurt yourself. |

It doesn't sound like you are weak to me. That is a lot to deal with and you are still making it. That's awesome that you havent self harmed in a long time! Thats something to be very proud of, I hope you have found a different way to deal with the stress. They dont deserve that power and they definitely dont sound like friends.

I couldn't sleep much last night. Racing thoughts. Feel like I still a little hypo. My dr never called back after I called to update him but I see him wednesday.

Im glad your feeling a bit better today ! You will be fine on Wednesday you just had a wobble over that drama... Just take your Ativan as prescribed, You know I am always here for you where di you have to take that rooster??? lol

Him. He's a cute bantam rooster-little guy. He wasn't happy in the box in my car...
