I've been going to this place off and on for three years, usually going about once a month. Last time I went they made me start the IOP they have but I quit after a couple days because I'm suspicious of the program director. I kinda want to go today to do the groups but I really don't want to see the director. All the time I keep asking close ones "hey I'm not sure if I want to go to group; should I?"
Also most people only go for a couple months and honestly I kinda feel like a loser for still going

The only groups I went to was at the hospital when I was inpatient. I found them to be very helpful. There was one director I did NOT like so I just stayed way from his groups.

If you feel you want to go, then you should go. Don’t worry about the director—you are the customer
