I swear to god, I always question when i feel good "is this mania?" I'm pretty sure it's not, don't have any of the usual symptoms. I think I'm just genuinely feeling good for a change. It's just weird. I don't usually feel good. Why did my brain decide to start working? How the hell am I making friends? Was it just my diet putting a damper on everything? I'm about ready to fire my damn GI dr. I don't feel impulsive, not over spending (unless you count buying cold pressed juice 2-3 times a week haha), not hypersexual, I am sleeping less, but I did come off 4 meds, no bat **** crazy ideas, no psychosis, no delusions. Just kinda chilling and enjoying the day.

I hate how bipolar puts these thoughts into your head. Especially when you're used to being in an episode 24/7 and having a non functioning brain.

I do the same. Teddy Bear makes a good point. Let's just enjoy the good days and have fun!

If you aren't feeling the manic tingles, enjoy it and stay very on point with your sleep and don't overextend!

I worry about it when I feel good too, like is it going to amp up to where it's destructive, or is it just a nice feeling. I don't want to pathologize myself, but I also want to make sure I know if I'm cycling so I can take extra care with my sleep etc. What a weird illness this is...

I think if you are feeling good, and not doing anything worrisome, just enjoy it
