Php is calling crisis team. They will probably take me to ER and I will probably be hospitalized. In fact I guarantee it.
I’m upset that I couldn’t handle this on my own but relieve at the same time. I need a fast med change and I need it now. I spent so much energy on being safe yesterday and today and in IP at least I’ll know I’m safe and will be able to focus on getting better. So thank you everyone and I’ll see you in about a week.

You can only do so much. There is no shame in getting help. There will be brighter days ahead. I spent five days inpatient last week and it was much needed.
