So now I'm confused...when do I take my meds?

I think I'll just take them with the time change. I hour should not be too bad.

I just take mine at the same time I usually do because it helps me get on the new schedule. So 8:00 last night, 8:00 tonight even though that doesn't feel right and I'll be messed up for a while.

I take mine after dinner. Or later when I realize i forgot to take them after dinner. The latest is when I am getting my saphris before going to bed. So I already vary it randomly. I will still try to take meds after dinner and likely still forget to a lot...
