looking for some new focus tips.

fallen way behind in my tv programmes (1 programme I've let build up for 3 weeks!), and I look it them all now just sitting their in my list and think..... omg, I can't do this- it's too much to focus on them

help me?

what can I do to help me focus on some of these.

i've got a drama based on charles dickens, for example, that I really want to watch

5 minits in to it, I am losing focus.

my focus is sooo bad

If I didn't have my straterra, I couldn't stay focused. If you have a form of ADD, it is really hard to beat without medicine.
