Well.. I kissed Celexa goodbye on.. Umm.. I don't remember when, but I stopped taking it on Monday I think. I'm not exactly at the top of the world, but I'm coping.
Life is pretty good.. For now heehee.

Did your pdoc instruct you to cut it down slowly? WHen I went off celexa (I had been on it for 4 years) she told me that you do develop a bit of a physical addiction to it and that it could be dangerous to go off it cold turkey. I had to cut down little by little before I was completely off of it. I guess if you were on a small dose it wouldnt' matter, but I hope that you weaned off of it, for your own health!

i have to go the next two weeks with no celexa, i was in a manic rage and dumped all my pills down the toilet and my insurance co. can't refill for two weeks. iwas on 60mg and i am feeling a bit dizzy but not sure if it is from that or not,maybe we will see if i can live with out that one in the process!!!! good luck with it----Jen
