Life has been so crazy lately that I keep second guessing myself about how Im feeling. Am I falling into depression or am I manifesting signs of mania? Or am I having both. Ughhhhhh!! Thank goodness I go to my pdoc today and see how things are going. Although my life is crazy right now its still good and way better in my book then it has been. Since Im on my own now I just fear going off into an episode and no ones there to catch it before it starts running out of control. Sigh..... Well I just have to try my best.

It took discovered attempts before anyone took note before. You taking care of yourself by at least knowing something is up is really admirable. I try but, eh.
Keep us informed please.

It can be difficult to discern, especially without reliable feedback.
In time, you will get to know your own signs/trends and may feel more comfortable.

We are here for you.

I was like this when I first got diagnosed. Every bad day I thought depression was hitting, every good day I worried about mania. It just about drove me totally bonkers. In time you will get more comfortable with it and it won't worry you as much. Big hugs my friend.

I had tenex for a while, brand name. I really liked it for thinking ability. My concentration went to awesome. Apparently it went too far because they took it away. I wasn't DX BP yet but they knew something wasn't right.
Thanks for this!

I’m 3 years post diagnosis and still fear episodes. Not as much as I used to, but still.
In my case, I’m learning that if I get in early with PRN’s I maintain normality better.
