What time of the day is your least favorite -- when are you feeling your most distressed or upset or sad?
For me it's at night when I'm trying to go to sleep but awful thoughts won't leave me alone, and in the morning because I loathe getting out of bed.

Just when I'm up all night and everything hits me at 5 am. lol. Other than that I'm usually fine.

Mornings are difficult for me. By 10 AM I begin to feel better.

Nights get worse as the hours go on. I try my best to go to bed by 11 pm just so it's not as bad.

Morning and on into the day. In the evening I feel pretty good. But every morning I feel rotten.

usually the afternoons.
so between say 12 PM and 3 evenings are probably my best time. despite having less distraction in the evenings, things just seem to be better I think a lot of it has to do with the darkness. I seriously do... when it's dark I feel better. |

Nighttime is the absolute worse! My mood declines over the course of the day.

Bedtime. I get insomnia a lot. And nightmares. Ohh, and my ex-h takes one son to school because I can't sleep or get up in the mornings. Recipe for mania.

Definitely the night time. I can't fall asleep because of bad thoughts. Can't stay asleep. So I am up thinking of how my life is difficult and why am I unable to do better, be better, maintain relationships. Why why why, its all night.

Between 10 AM to 3 PM. It's when I'm most restless and unfocused. I usually do physical work to keep myself stable.

I always wake up feeling absolutely depressed for about 2 hours. Then I’m at my best (although sometimes hypomanic) from about 9:00 - 3:00. After 3:00 my mood gets progressively worse until bedtime, and I go to bed depressed.

Definitely between 4pm and 7pm. I feel agitated. I can't blame it on having a long workday; I felt this way even when I was off work. It doesn't help that I'm drinking not to drink. Drinking would certainly take the edge off.

I'd say mornings. Waking up is a nightmare for me. Then the nightmare and anxiety continues until around noon. I get a little break in early afternoon. Then I dip in depression for the rest of the day.
