I’m feeling a bit hopeless myself. I must resign Friday m my teaching position to save my sanity but I’m looking at other job options and not finding much. Hang In there, you are not alone.

I know how you feel. I am looking for jobs too and it is very difficult at my age to find jobs. But, I never give up and neither should you. You are not alone. I encourage you to do your best no matter what you do and your situation may improve little by little. Also, you say your mood is not stabilized so you must work with your pdoc and find a good cocktail or medication for your symptoms. I think this is the first priority. You need to find medications that work for you. I was never able to do well with medications that did not work for me. I am doing ok now because I found a medication that works. It took me about 15 years to find a good medication. So, it takes time. Please be patient during this time and don't give up. I would in the meantime do things you like and enjoy life to the fullest. Best Wishes!
