All in all, I take 19 pills a day, plus the occasional Klonopin or stool softener. (I know, TMI.) Six of them are psych meds ( although I take some of them twice a day) and the others are for thyroid, blood pressure, and various supplements. My pdoc prescribed the thyroid pill himself because my thyroid tests were ever so slightly off---although within normal limits medically---and he says it can help with depression. I think he may be right because I haven't had my usual winter SAD exacerbation this year. It usually starts right after the holidays and goes on until the first cherry blossoms show up, sometimes for a while after.

I shouldn't quit the aspirin or the AP, I'm just sick of taking so many pills and I would lose weight if I quit the AP....thing is I've been stable 5 years on these meds and I'm starting to wonder if I really need them......maybe all I had was PSTD and that's no longer an issue...maybe I'm not really bipolar? Five years stable, never happened before....so ya know....doubts

Sythroid - for my missing thyroid and metabolism (health reasons only)

Just Seroquel and Klonopin for my bipolar.

Not too shabby, considering I have been on up 13 pills at one time.
