Spending money at lightning speed. I'm the king of cancellations and abandoned carts.
Now I sleep over it. (I wish.)

My manic/mixed triggers:
1. loud places/overstimulation. Sometimes includes movies - avoidable
2. Feeling overwhelmed with work - frequently not avoidable. Working on managing
3. Anyone I'm attracted to - this is a problem I need to figure out how to fix rather than avoid.
4. Being late - makes me hugely anxious and sets me off
5. Not being able to find parking - relates to 4.
6 Not enough alone time - relates to 1.
7. Poor sleep - actually this should be #1. sleep aid helps but makes me stupid during the day, affects my balance and sleep. Working on weaning it as my Lamictal is titrated up and working better.

My depression triggers:
1. Not being busy enough at work = rumination
2. Not enough contact with others = rumination
3. Gaining weight
4. Not exercising enough
5. Being tired and not wired.
