Yesterday and the day before were rest days. No particular reason, just laziness.

Today I just finished a lower body strength routine, 37 minutes total. Feeling a lot more awake now that I'm finished.

Last week I exercised on 4/7 days. Not bad, but I should be doing -something- active every day now that I am not working.

Friday was my off day, but I helped by pushing mom around the home and garden show. Then I went to help my sister move things.
Saturday was early morning yoga and afternoon helping sister move and arranging furniture that she gave me and cleaning up all three broken globes from the light fixture I accidentally broke while arranging.
Today I'm so spent and think I might be getting sick after I went to the gym for a while, for the elliptical of course. I'm just so forking tired today
