Is it a low dose of medication? can you try to throw up? I think if you can IP is best.

It sounds like you are trying to numb the pain you feel with an excess of medication. At least, that's why I used to take too many meds. If I was asleep from ODing, I couldn't feel the pain.

Tell your husband what happened and see if inpatient may be a good option for you. I wish you all the best.

Yes, I agree with the above posts, IP is probably the safest place for you right now. Can you go IP?

Please get to a hospital ASAP. You need to be safe and it doesn't look like you are safe at home right now. Something is making you feel the need to escape and you must find out what it is so you can combat it. Hold on love.

I took Trihexphenidyl. An old side effect med that I think is pretty safe. I took it over an hour ago, so I doubt throwing up would do any good.

Thanks for all your advice. I'm not trying to run away from something at home. I took what I did because my back hurt so bad. I didn't want to take my good side effect med so I don't run out of the good stuff. So I took the not so good stuff instead. I just took too many. We will decide in the morning if I need to go to the hospital.

When my fibro pain gets so bad I lose rational thinking and give my meds to my husband. It’s the deal we made to keep me safe , if he feels I’m not safe he just tells me to hand them over , I do... because I can’t always have enough self awareness.

Please go IP so you are safe, regardless of the med if low dose or not isn’t not only the problem but maybe you won’t die but you can damage your organs and then have to deal with kidney or liver problem and hopefully recoverable health. Or not.

Please go IP

You need to go IP at this point imo. You're playing with fire.

Isn't this the second episode within two months? I think going IP for a little while might really help. Just my humble opinion.

I have a lock box with my meds in it. If I get that way my husband gets the keys. We originally did it to keep my daughter out but I've done that as well.
