Stupid time change can go **** itself. My sleep has been horrible the past week. Too much daylight and it's not mixing well with my brain. I keep dancing around the border of mania mixed with no motivation. I've had some AWESOME ideas this week. My brain is ****ing working and it scares me. haha. I did about 20 hrs of volunteer work this week between stuff for the campaign and church. Would've done more but my stupid back crapped out on me. Today I will work on data though. My stomach has not been cooperating this week and I swear I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary, except one night I had a frozen meal and it had soy in it. So I guess no more frozen meals, cause that was the 1 I could eat that was dairy and gluten free. I think the frozen burrito I had yesterday is what messed me up today but I'm not sure. Either that or it's the dairy free cheese.
It's so frustrating to want to do things, then have stupid health bull **** get in the way. My brain got better, why can't my body. It's frustrating. The only good thing about my diet is that I've lost 30 lbs since December, but I so would rather have a huge med rare cheeseburger with pimento cheese. haha. I miss beef. Ground turkey just isn't the same. At least I found stevia I actually like. I got a bottle of liquid stevia at Trader Joes and it is so much better than that crystalized crap you get at most grocery stores and you use less.

Oh well, life goes on. All you can do is hope for a better tomorrow. One day my stomach will cooperate.

I checked the labels of what I ate yesterday. It was the cheese. Apparently there's coconut oil and yeast in it. ugh. who the **** puts yeast in cheese?

Nice job on the volunteering. I admire people who donate their time to help others.

Sometimes I wonder if I also have gluten problems, but I'm not sure. I just know that if I eat bread, my throat flares up. I mean, I've already been diagnosed with allergic esophagitis and I take medication to help calm it down, but still. I don't know about other foods with gluten since I haven't thought about them, but bread products, especially crackers, mess with me.

I need to have gluten checked.

I think some people put yeast in cheese to alter the flavor of the cheese and to make certain types of cheeses, as well as adjust the cheese's texture. It's weird. Or it could be cross-contamination.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time lately, Moreta.

Actually, cheese usually has yeast in it. Something about the fermentation process.

Do you have a particular problem with coconut oil? Coconut oil based products are considered to be a healthy food for most people.

I'm allergic to coconut. *scratches* Man I'm itchy. I wish my husband was home so he could scratch my back. My back scratcher is around here somewhere. Maybe I should take some benedryl. Guess I'll just stick to fruits and veggies today, not that I even want to eat. My stomach still hurts a bit even after taking bentyl, immodium, gasx, dexilant, and zantac. I'm so bloated. I need to get to the store at some point this week to get some activated charcoal to see if that'll help with the bloating. I feel so useless cause I was doing good, then this **** fest of a week happened. I really need some sleep. Hopefully I'll sleep tonight.

blue I hope you get a dr that believes you. The allergist didn't believe me and wouldn't even test me. It's been a struggle since December finding out what I can and can't eat, by eating it and dealing with the fallout. So far I know I can't have gluten, soy, dairy, beef, pork, melon, cucumbers, coconut, and yeast. I also eat low carb and use no added sugar. I would really like some real food. I'm debating getting a colonoscopy to see if I developed crohns, but I don't have anyone to take me. It just really sucks cause when I eat something I shouldn't I feel the ****ing food going through my intestines and it's like a knife the whole way and it's not a short process. Good way to lose 3 lbs though.

Yikes, being allergic to coconut sounds terrible. Yeah, I'd take some antihistamine if I were you :/
