Even with new sleep meds, I only slept 3 1/2 hours last night, 4 hours the night before. I have hypomania right now, not full-blown mania, but it is not good for my body weight. I just don't have much appetite at all when manic. I need to gain weight, and the scale is going down (past eating disorder part of me is happy about it, but my brain knows this is not good). I am significantly underweight now, not so bad I look like I have an eating disorder but still very thin.

I put in a call to my psych clinic to have my psychiatrist call me back. I guess in the meantime, I just wait.

My pdoc called back, said I could try 3 of the pills for sleep instead of 2, and if that doesn't work, call back tomorrow.

I hope you manage to sleep more tonight! There's nothing more frustrating that having trouble getting to sleep.
