I finally, finally set up an appointment with a therapist for next week. I have been out of therapy for ages, but I feel I need one right now. In the past, I have had bad luck clicking with a therapist, which has made me a bit jaded about finding a good one. The place my psychiatrist works has one, so I set up an appointment to see her next week.
I am having some trouble with concentration and hypomania. Also, I keep losing weight, and I have a past with anorexia, so that is messing with my head too. I am a bit nervous about it and hope it works out. |
