Nope, forgot, and I'm out now (out and about, not out of meds). Oh well, hopefully will remember night meds.

I don't have to remember - if I'm not super-thirsty, I didn't take my meds.

For some reason I am having difficulty sticking to my med regimen this spring. Part of it is my annual "spring fever" AKA hypomania, but I usually don't have this much trouble taking my meds. It doesn't matter so much if I don't take my AM meds, but if I don't take the PMs I don't sleep hardly at all, and I feel somewhat manicky the next day. I don't mind that so much but I do mind not sleeping. OTOH, I'm tired of feeling groggy in the mornings and it's kind of nice to take a break from that. I took some of my AMs this morning and will take all of my PMs because I really do need to sleep. So, it's kinda messy right now. I'm not sure why.
