I took them last night (plus seroquel out of a script bottle) and this morning plus a bagel with cream cheese and hot tea latte to squish them down this morning.

I think so. AM meds are easy, but PM meds take effort.

Going to take the afternoon meds soon. I really am getting concerned. I have one more day of Buspar dosage, and most of my meds (except the ones the doctor is tinkering with and controlled substances) have had to be put on mail order because of insurance demands. So now I'm waiting for the meds in the mail; nope, they didn't come today. I guess if I don't get them tomorrow I'll call the mail order pharmacy & complain. Hopefully they can get the pharmacist at my local pharmacy to give out a few loaners.

Oh, and we got a new mail carrier. Let's just say there is a learning curve for proper mail delivery.

Took all my meds for today. My primary wants me to start a probiotic. I was eating the yogurt containing it however my body needs more. I searched for it at Walmart today but could not find the right one. I live in a small city so I have an appointment in a larger city. I’ll stop by a Walmart when out.

I gave up on my supplements pretty much because i kept forgetting to take them, unless i stumbled on the bottle.

I even had memorably hilarious convo with my roommate on dorm in my Uni years.

"what is it what you are taking?"
"it's lecitin and ginko... it's supposed to help you with memory"
"and does it work?"
"I have no idea... I keep forgetting to take it most of the days"
"..."

(right now i have a left over beta karoten that I was supposed to use up before going on my vacation, so I don't burn to crisp. Often I took like 1/4 of it... and I DID almost burn to crisp few times....)
