I wish I could get you into a yoga practice. My main leader is back tonight, I think.
But anyway...
Sending my best

I’m thinking of you—hang in there for tomorrow!

My therapist taught me Square breathing, which to me seems more like triangle. Anyway, it’s breathe in for a silent count of four, hold for count of four, and breathe out for a count of four. These are deep breaths.

I find it helpful for nerves.

You’re going to be OK, I really think so. Can you post here how you’re doing during the day?

I'm doing better than I thought I would. Just talked to one of the therapists I work with. (I do peer support for a nonprofit)
She says I should see the pdoc my t wants me to see. She said it might be better.

I'm gonna discuss it with him tomorrow. The thing is the dr I see has helped me a lot. I'm torn as there are downsides to him too-he I think likes to medicate me.
He's hard to get a hold of too.

I don't really remember the conversation from last session so I'm gonna ask t about it.

I do know now that according my therapists friend if I have to update my Ssdi that I need to use the schizoaffective diagnosis and not bipolar because it's easier to keep ssdi that way apparently
