Today i heard a radio coming from my 16 yo son's room. I thought I was hearing things. Then I saw hed built a radio out of tine bare little parts in a board and lots of little wirees. I heard a man's voice talking about God and angels. Ok some religious station. But its not Sunday. Still playing clear as day. God and angels and The Lord....

I went to ask my son about his radio. It was indeed a radio. But it is tuned to WEMU- a jazz music station and again its not even Sunday!

Is it bothersome or is it just weird? If it's not too bothersome, I'd try to drown it out with my own music or watch TV/movies. Well, that's what my therapist usually suggests about things like this. Basically, a distraction.

Do you have any other symptoms?

Oh honey, I break down in tears all the time because i can’t understand how to do something. Especially of it’s something I knew how to do before. Go easy on yourself.

Sorry to hear you sobbed yesterday. Sometimes I do that when I'm frustrated in general.

I can cry when manic. Though, that usually that happens if I'm in rage mode and I'm trying hard not to lash out. The anger just gets released in the form of tears since I don't know what to do with the anger. I guess it's a "fight or flight" thing for me, with "fight" being physical fighting and "flight" being the tears.
