Ive been having them more lately even though I'm feeling more stable.
They're scary and so real feeling!! I wake up terrified and I can literally feel my body shaking and heaving as I cry from fear in my dream. I wake up scared that she's gonna hurt me again or my dad. I'm scared to do trauma work but I'm tired of this. Plus side? Aside from worsening nightmares I am really feeling stable.

Have you tried Prazosin? It's supposed to help PTSD nightmares. My pdoc offered it to me once but I decided to try it later if needed.

No I haven't. I'm supposed to start EMDR in a bout a month.
