Okay so more fun stuff

My left shoulder has been bothering me for a couple months , last night I pulled laundry out of the dryer , holy hell !!!! I couldn’t even breathe. Feels like something torn, let’s hope it’s not rotator cuff , ugh

Already had an appt with my GP to discuss my food intake since my labs are way off ( thanks for the visit anorexia )

So got X-rays and prednisone :0 steroids and bipolar don’t play well together but wanna see if that will fix me up. Hopefully I won’t wind up mixed , please nooooo nooooo nooo

I’m pathetic

So sorry to hear this, Christina. It's awful when everything goes wrong at once. You're a lovely person. Please be gentle on yourself, no matter what happens. You didn't ask for this, and are doing your best to manage it.

Take it all one difficulty at a time, if you can.

Just deal with the thing right in front of you.

It's hard to think when we feel like this, so don't try. I find it helps to write on a calendar, in large letters and in a place where I'll see it clearly, the appointments I've made / calls I'm going to make / essential bills that need paying etc. Then I can relax a little. Not feel so bewildered by it all. Let some time pass.

Hugs from:
Wild Coyote

You are not pathetic! You’re in pain, both physical and mental. I will be sending good vibes and hugs your way that you don’t go mixed.

I'm sorry I haven't been around through all of your tough times, Christina. I have taken some long breaks. The last time I was on the boards for a good amount of time I looked for you and you were away then. Now I am catching up on the terrible time you are still having. I really care for you, and I hope the pain gets better soon. Weekly sessions will help so much!

X-rays show just normal “aging “ I hate that term!! But at least nothing broken. Likely need a mri , it’s a pain to take out my piercings for it. Not to mention the cost.

Today the pain is so bad I honestly can’t use my left arm.

Was given steroids to see if they help , hate them !! they dont mix well with my particular Bipolar soup

*sigh*

Yes if oral steroids don’t help and most likely that won’t be offered until an mri is done because X-rays only show bone. I just hope I don’t have to see a Ortho , I don’t need another big bill.

Problem after problem after problem.
