I just requested ADA Accommodation.... I'm going to ask for flexibility/work around my own pace at work. What types of things do you have for accommodations? I read that working from home, part time, and changed job duties are are options....

Good for you. I hope things work out, and it helps you.

I just turned in my ADA accommodation form to the HR rep and my boss at work so now they officially know I have bipolar. I go back to work on July 5 after a short 2 week leave (I had a melt down at work). Interested to see what my boss will say.
