I saw my pdoc today and left a little confused. After explaining to him some of what I've been experiencing lately he said that since they were outside of mania they were considered "schizophrenic features". I'm not entirely sure how to interpret this, and it has me a little worried.
Would anyone happen to know what this means? Thanks.

It means your having symptoms outside of a bipolar episode.
It’s very common
