Lamictal, Equetro, Geodon. PRN Saphris. For anxiety i take gabapentin and PRN klonopin. To stay awake I take nuvigil.

I think that's it as far as psych meds go.

I take Clozaril and Pristiq. I actually think I have the right med combo now, although the clozaril made me gain a lot of weight.

Spikes-I take metformin with my clozaril and it helped me stop gaining weight and then I've lost my clozaril weight plus 15 lbs. I don't know if the metformin helped with the actual weight loss since I have worked hard at that but it did make it possible for me to do the dieting and control the gain.

I think I also stopped gaining so much when I was on a dose for a long time and there were no more increases or adjustments for a long while.

I'm taking 200mg of Lamictal which has combated my depressive episodes so far but I've been hypomanic on an off for a couple months draining bank accounts, randomly taking day trips long distances, high energy at work and being way overly social than usual, etc. so I was started on lithium 600mg last week. My levels are still low so an increase will probably happen when I see my psychiatrist next week.
