sunday.

going somewhere and this guy saw I was anxious so told me to wait in reception while he sorted out what I needed (and ended up giving me a leaflet and his contac details.) in case I needed him for something else, which I thought was nice of him

question: when you meet a stranger, are you most likely to wait for them to talk to you, or will you talk to them first

Either or. Really just depends on the situation.

Q: Would you rather find true love or find $500, 000, 000.00?

I have true love. I wouldn't trade it for any amount of money.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be?

I wish my mother was still alive and well. I miss her extremely.

Q: What happened this past month that was quite pleasant to you?

I was at school when it happened as it was about 3pm in the UK. I was in 5th year so was 16 going on 17 years old. It was a gorgeous day here. My parents were hone and in the garden when I came in and they told me. I contacted my friends as I couldn't believe it. The next day in my Modern Studies class (poltics) we discussed it at length well as much as we could.

Question: Do you get physical symptoms of anxiety and if so what are they?

My heart feels like it’s going to beat out of my chest and I sometimes get shortness of breathe. I can’t think beyond the anxiety and am paralyzed in my thinking.

Q. Have you made any pleasant memories this summer so far?

Yes, went to the water park and had a good time with friends.

Do you prefer being too hot or too cold?

Too cold for sure. I toured Russia in short shirt sleeves and flip flops part of the time.

Are you a morning or evening person?

More morning (although it was different when I was a teenager). But sometimes I can sleep all day.

Are you a cat or dog person?

I would have said I was a dog person but I moved back home and my mom has a cat. She's so sweet compared to most cats I've known and I love her very much.

How did you find this forum?
