I just dont understand anymore really about what's going on... me and my gf got in an argument and it's my fault and I end up finding out I've said stuff I dont even remember saying. She told me shes happy with me but now I'm being told I've been an asshole the entire time. I stopped taking my meds a month ago but I just got back on them.. it's been a whole week I've been on them. I'm just not sure what im feeling or what's going on anymore. I feel like things have been ok but now I feel like I've just been delusional. I just dont understand how I end up still being the problem with everything it seems like. I'm a nice person and I always have good intentions but I'm the bad person a lot. I'm confused..

Stay on your medications for the time being. It's hard to know what's you and whats your illness when you're not taking your medication.

Something seems awry. If she'd said she was happy with you and then said you've been an a**hole the whole time, it seems incongruent for sure.

That said, it's impossible for us to know what's going on between you and your gf.

It's very important for you to take care of yourself. Take your meds. I think you have a much better chance of sorting this all out with meds. You may also decide to move on if you cannot get this sorted out.

It's always good to see you posting. Very sorry about the circumstances.

I have just recently found out I am having conversations with no memory of it ... not a good feeling at all ... now I take my meds everyday ... that would be my first suggestion ... second be patient ... meds can take some time to work fully ...
