Tryingtobehappy5- It does get better look for a dr and therapist that don't mind working together. That way they can keep a closer eye on you in between psychiatrist appointments.

I agree with MM -- my pdoc and therapist work together (they share notes) and while it has been a long time looking for meds, it has been helpful to have them working together for me.
