today was one of those days that if I could have reached thru the phone I would have strangled someone ... I have not been this mad in years ... all the pills I take I guess saved me from killing myself or someone else ... but did not stop the rage from coming to the top ...

been so calm for so long ... amazing how close to the surface it hides ... I got to find a good T ... been several hours and I still feel a knot in my gut ... I really wanted to take out a truck on the way home ... close ... very close ...

just a rant ... but I did scare myself a little ( a lot ) ... my pdoc would be proud I did not take any xanex ... but boy did I want too ...

Does ripping paper apart and yelling help you? I still regret the time I punched my computer to death, but sometimes ripping stuff works as long as it doesn't escalate (which is difficult).

I'm so sorry. Are you feeling any better now? Do you have anyone you can talk to about it? Sounds like you need to get on that search for a T.

Yeah, you can scare yourself sometimes and it's no fun. Is there anything at all that normally calms you? Or do you know the warning signs? I start pacing the floor.
Thanks for this!

I'm so glad you've been able to handle this uncomforting feeling. I get this way too a lot but I don't handle it well.
