When I'm exhausted to the point of falling asleep on my feet, with which my schedule is frequently, I try to go to bed. I have chronic, cyclical insomnia (ie, some weeks are worse than others), and over the years I've found that I have an easier time falling asleep if I wait till I just can't wait anymore. Except now, as soon as I hit the bed, I get hyper and antsy and can't sleep!
Recently, when I've needed an extra jolt of energy to get through a long night at work or something, I've made a point of stopping somewhere for a large (usually 24 oz) coffee. Which, in turn, instantly puts me to sleep. ![]() Is this just part of the whole stupid disease, or is it something I should get checked out? It's not harmful to me, but it's annoying like you can't believe! ![]() ty Candy |

this also happens to me quite a bit. have you tried taking valerian root? if not you might want to see about it. you can buy it at grocery stores or health food stores. I hope you find this helpful.
