I'm a sofa spud myself. I like to watch TV and work/play on the computer. I can occasionally rouse myself to do the dishes and clean the bathroom, but for the most part I'm not physically active. I don't feel any particular loss because of it. Exercise hurts too much and I have no place to walk (I live on a steep hill and can't get up OR down it because of my knees). I wish I could swim, but that's out too as it costs money and I don't have reliable transportation anyway. So, a couch potato I am and a couch potato I will remain.

Yeah.... I use to be active until I lost my job 8 years ago then I started to swim and play badminton then I quit due to the depression. Then I started at the gym that didn't last long. Then I did a short group aim at people with mental health problems to exercise more. It was cool we did boxercise and squash and walking football and walking hockey both very tricky. But now a days I hide in bed or on my sofa dying for the night time to come so I can sleep again
