Has anyone been successful launching an ADA complaint at work? Is it worth hiring a lawyer?

My understanding is the ADA is more Bark than Bite in cases of the average Joe.

Most Lawyers offer a free consult , I would at least look into it

Sorry your employer is suck a jackasss!

If it gets to that, I would just look for another job. This would be cheaper than hiring a lawyer. Also you may be happier with the new job. FWIW

((((Crook32)))) It depends. Do you think it's worth it? I don't know the details but it sounds expensive, especially if you have to hire a lawyer... can you afford it? Also remember to start looking for another job if you plan to leave this one.
