I live from moment to moment because that’s all I got.

Need to get out of bed. Already showered, breakfast, dressed....lazy day off.

I took a shower and got dressed myself with no help. I picked out my cloths and everything. My pants are unbuttoned but I found a sports bra so I was able to do everything myself. Now to brush my hair

I ordered my groceries for curbside pickup, one of my lowest cost grocery weeks ever as I'm trying as much as I can to use the food we have before it goes bad. It's easy to buy ingredients (and double buy them because you don't bother to check if you have it already) for a recipe you're all geared to make and the next day and the rest of the week , you are not, and food gets wasted.

It is so amazing how different we all are. Learning a new dinner recipe is HUGE. My small victory today was going outside, and talking on the phone.

Going outside is so overrated... Getting out of bed is already difficult, so going out is a pretty big step!!

Yesterday I showed my younger brother this metal bar in our area. He liked the music and says he might take his friends back. Fulfilling big sister duties.

I realized that I am slowly becoming less dependent on klonopin. For New Years I went to a club and was able to interact without taking it. Really hope this keeps getting better! I want my life back...

Finished the outline for one of my papers. It's stressful but at least I got that part done.

Have been able to get out of bed more easily, feeling rested and not having the urge to climb into it for the rest of the day. Showering every day.

Today we are going to celebrate Galette des Rois! I'm so excited. I love galettes.

I went on my walk to the mailbox to check the mail and I am currently cleaning my bedroom. I'm just taking a break. I plan to get back at it.
