Been manic for about a month and now I’ve been declared academically ineligible to play sports next semester. Im getting have my season taken away and its all my fault because im stupid and couldn’t figure out how college works. Ive told my dad he wasnt that upset, i dont think my coach will be that upset but im just so upset with myself. Ive been lazy when it comes to school and this is something that i deserve, i just kinda wish i could turn back time, gonna miss out on so much now

I'm sorry you can't play sports next semester. I would consider whether it was laziness or actually other factors that affected your grades. Try not to be so hard on yourself. You deserve to give yourself kindness.
