I'm so sorry this has triggered you and brought you so far down. I know what it's like to be triggered like that
Possible trigger:
Do you have an upcoming appointment with your T so you can talk it out? It's good that you are reaching out on here. I wish I had some solid advice or some nugget of wisdom but I'm just not good at that.

I'm sorry to hear about how you're feeling.

I suggest doing what your advised to do, then talk to your doctor about it the next time you see them.

Hugs x

I'm so sorry to hear about this I can definitely understand your pain. If you're feeling really bad, I'd suggest to take both meds, and talk to your Pdoc about this as soon as you can. I hope you'll be able to talk to your T soon as well. If you feel like you can't handle it, call an hotline or go to an hospital. Please don't give up. You deserve to live a good life, just like everyone else. Thins can and will get better. You won't feel like this forever. Hopefully it will pass soon. If it can help a bit... I'm here for you. I'll listen to what you have to say. I care about you. Feel free to PM me anytime. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you
