Maybe hearing your Pdoc telling you to ignore them will be more effective than from hearing it from others ?

It was probably a good idea to check in with your pdoc, incase some additional intervention was needed. I hope you will feel better soon!

I have a psychotic disorder and anxiety. So often I feel visiting the psychiatrist is a waste of time. After all he just prescribes. But, just in case I destabilize he's there. It took a while for my psychotic symptoms to subside. Then one day the voices weren't there. It's been better for quite a while now. I hope you stabilize soon.

It sounds like your therapist needs to call your psychiatrist and the two of them have a consultation. Psychiatrists and therapists need to be on the same page or else treatment is ineffective. When I'm having psychotic symptoms the first thing my PhD psychologist does is call my psychiatrist. They treat as a unified front.
Thanks for this!

My psychologist has only contacted my pdoc once and I was there. I was in psychosis and very unwell. He wanted me to get help and at the time my pdoc just wasn’t helping. So he called and told him
His concerns
