Had my internal EEO interview today and I blew it. My lawyer said to answer yes or no but none of the questions allowed for that. I think I wanted to explain the situation and also have someone hear what really happened. My lawyer wanted me to say the bare minimum. I feel conflicted about it and kind of numb. I can’t unring the bell so hopefully the lawyer today believes me.
