My anxiety is so out of control that I feel suicidal. The way I live isn't living. I am in a constant state of panic, convinced I'm going to get arrested or killed or something like that.

I don't want to be here anymore. I don't know how long I can survive.

I think I’m in a similar position. Extreme anxiety that is unrelenting becomes unbearable. For me, I feel like I am on the verge of losing my mind. Feeling like there is no escape is going to lead you to want to die. It is understandable. However, with help it will pass so please hang in there.

Have you identified the source of the anxiety? Do you have anyone who can help you through this both personal and professional? There must be a safe way to slowly calm down. Your suffering must be horrible. I hope it eases soon. Feel free to PM me if you want.

I'm sure many people can relate to what you wrote, franz kafka Please hang in there. I agree with Wander about contacting someone that may be able to help you. Do you have a Pdoc or a therapist? Try to contact them if you can and want. Any friends or family that may help you right now? Give it a thought. We're here for you as well if you're in need of support. Feel free to PM me anytime as well. We care about you. You can be sure of that. Please stay safe and take GREAT care of yourself. You are important and you matter. Wish you PLENTY of safety, peace, love, kindness and a bright future ahead fo you. Please don't you EVER give up hope. Things CAN and WILL get better for you at some point. THAT'S A PROMISE! Wish you the BEST of luck in both your healing and your life. Sending many safe, warm hugs to you, franz kafka, and to ALL the people you love and who love you! .love:

Call your pdoc and discuss this with him or her. I was placed on an antipsychotic that caused me to experience anxiety. I had never had it before and it was awful. Luckily a med adjustment was all I needed to get back to good. I know you increased your dose of something a while back when you were struggling. Perhaps the adjustment is making the anxiety worse?

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. It won't be like this forever. Hugs.

Bad. You need to hang in there, waiting for it to pass, and getting medical help. Like Fern46, I had anxiety from Geodon and but do not have it on Zyprexa.

Would it help if you write down the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that you are experiencing, and post here?

There is no specific source of my anxiety. It's just always there.

I feel waves of anxiety coming over me. It's unbearable.

Someone please put me out of my misery.

Thanks for the responses.

Franz, is there any trigger that you know of or was it just all of a sudden onset? I had a horrible bout of anxiety several years ago and it was horrible!
Possible trigger:
once that kind of anxiety gets going, its hard to stop- like a freight train. I hope you feel better soon.
