So I couldn't get my meds and been off them for a bit, so naturally I destabilized. I'm going back to IOP today to see (yet again) if I can get refills. I hate this. I want to self harm so badly. Mind is racing a mile a minute. Filled with absolute RAGE. I was supposed to see my new doc tomorrow, but naturally with that particular practice the appointment was rescheduled to mid august. I want to call them back and just unleash all this rage on whoever, but that's not going to do anything. Been there done that last time this happened (a month ago).
If this is going to be my life, I want out.

If they keep rescheduling you, call your insurance and complain. Ask for better. You deserve better

Does that practice know you will run out of meds? I am sorry they reschedule you, that is not fair in your situation that you can't find someone to refill meds you need. I wonder if the IOP might have some connections and could help you get an urgent appointment somewhere?
