Sure, if it's good. In fact, I have many dishes I often make that are vegetarian. I have no problem hosting vegetarians for special dinners. Vegans? That's a bit more of a challenge for me. I would be very happy to find a few good vegan entrees to add to my repertoire. I do have fairly high standards when it comes to food, though. [Slightly harsh food critic. A job I'd love to have.] I'm not fond of dairy substitutes, but I love most everything else. When it comes to foods like tofu, I like them authentic Asian-style more than western vegan.

I don't think I could manage veganism. I could manage vegetarianism. There was a particular Buddhist vegetarian takeout place I ADORED in Taichung, Taiwan. I ate there often!

Q: What foods won't you eat?

I try to steer clear of foods with artificial food dye and sweeteners. I do not eat red meat or pork.

What is your favorite cereal?

I like frosted shredded wheat and Raisin Bran. Steel cut oats with golden raisins and brown sugar is my favorite but I usually don’t feel like cleaning the pan

Have you ever made a vegan carrot cake? That’s a vegan food I love. It would be tough to go completely vegan. I agree with you about dairy substitutes. They taste like fake food to me. Now my real question...

Do you like to try new recipes or stick with the stuff you know?

We like to experiment.

Do you have things you'd like to talk about on PC but can't for some reason?

For sure. There are things only my therapist knows and I don’t want to be judged or shamed.

Do you enjoy interacting with a group of the same people on PC or make an effort to say hello to newbies?

Both.

How many times a day do you wash your hands right now?

It feels like a million. Probably is 20-25 depending on what I"m doing. We've done a lot of cooking so that adds a lot of handwashing just doing that.

Are you wearing masks when out?

Not going out at all except for walks. I don’t wear a mask walking outside, nobody around.

Did you know that if gloves are not changed every time it is the same as not washing hands?

Did not know that.

When do you think people will stop getting sick from this virus?

Not for a long time. Several months at best. I'm really hoping and praying that people aren't sent back into the world too fast as it appears will happen. My state isn't equipped for that at all.

Do you feel guilty when someone is in a bad mood around you?

Yes I do often feel guilty and blame myself when someone else is in a bad mood around me.

What is your favourite colour, and how much does this vary according to your mood?

Probably lavender. Or black, maybe. Not sure about the mood.

What is your favorite city?

Do you like to sleep in a chilly room or do you prefer to be warm?

Do you get depressed when it is cloudy and rainy or do you like the rain?

I do love the rain, but tend to be more depressive in the winter.

Do you like autumn?

I do. It has usually been my favorite season. The weather is usually beautiful in NJ in the autumn. We have splendorous colors, as long as the weather acts normally. The temps are great and the air smells wonderful. I like trips to the apple orchard. My moods are usually pretty good and stable at that time, with some exceptions.

Q: What events have a tendency to switch your moods to be the better?

When I think of events, I think groups of people and none of those events help. My mood lifts when outside, especially hiking or walking in the woods.

Do you have difficulty maintaining a routine?

I have difficulty establishing one, but once it's established I can maintain it.

Did you play any sports when you were younger? Which ones?
